Our 6 bay vaccum Island is free for up to 4 minutes when purchasing a Gold Wash with which you will receive tokens from our pay stations. Otherwise they are available for use 24 hours a day and run on a coin operated system.

How often should I wash my car?

Weekly. Washing once a week will properly maintain the paint and exterior of your vehicle and will only keep enhancing the value and quality of it and its features.

Vehicles that have a Dura-sealed Protection, can they be put through Tunnel Wash?

We encourage you to bring Dura-sealed vehicles through Tunnel Wash for this will only enhance and protect it further and also make your vehicle look far cleaner.

What type of vehicles can be washed?

Our carwash can accept most standard sized cars, vans and utes up to 2.1 metres in height. We guarantee the safety of all factory-installed equipment in proper working order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your particular vehicle.

Why should I keep my car clean?

Can I safely wash my newly painted vehicle?

Yes. The Tunnel Wash carwash uses a softec material and mild soaps and detergents. However, a newly painted car will need to allow time for the paint to cure before washing. How do we pay?

Tap and pay is available at all sites and you can download our App and pay online.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes we do. It is available by downloading our App and you earn credits with every wash that can be redeemed for free washes.

What are your trading hours?

We are open 24/7 and 365 days per year.

Is the Automatic Wash scratch free?

Yes. It is a touch free wash and has side blasters and underbody wash on entry.

Is the dog wash area secured?

Yes. There is a gated area to secure your dog and wash with peace of mind.

Are you eco-friendly?

Yes we are. The water and contaminants from the vehicle washing are discharged to the sewer system NOT the waterways and we have oil and grit traps we clean regularly that also prevent material blocking the sewer system.

Is there good lighting to wash at night?

Yes, we have great lighting in all our wash bays, security camera’s are operational 24/7 and providing a safe and well lite environment.

Do you have vacuums?

Yes. All our locations are equipped with vacuums for easy use.

Does you App work at all locations?

Yes. You can select the location you are at and simply tap the QR code and pay.

Do you have staff on site?

We have team on site 30-40 hours per week depending on the location. It is a very clean environment and our technology is very easy to use with great signage.

Can I bring a motorhome or campervan or small truck?

Yes. We have a 3.8metre height restriction so it caters to motorhomes, campervans, small trucks, trailers and horse floats to name a few.
