Prefer to take control of your vehicle’s detail clean? Our Self Serve Car Wash Bays provide all the high-performance tools, specialized soaps, and protective coatings you need to get a showroom shine on your own terms.

Here is your complete guide to using our self-serve car wash bays step-by-step for the ultimate clean.

Step 1: Select Payment & Check the Menu Board

Drive into an available self-serve bay and head to the control panel:

  • Select your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, payWave, or via our mobile app).

  • Review the menu board on the wall for our recommended step-by-step wash sequence.

Step 2: Pre-Soak & Wheel Scrub

  1. Pre-Soak: Select Pre-Soak on the control panel to spray down the body. This softens and loosens larger dirt particles, road dust, and surface grime before manual scrubbing.

  2. Tyre & Wheel Cleaner: Select Wheel & Tyre Cleaner to spray down your rims, tyres, and lower side panels, breaking down stubborn brake dust and road tar.

Step 3: High-Pressure Soap Wash

  • Switch the panel to High Pressure Soap.

  • Spray the entire vehicle, working from the top down to blast away surface dirt and contamination.

Step 4: Scrub with the Foaming Brush

  • Switch the selection to Foam Brush.

  • Important: Always blast the brush head thoroughly with the high-pressure spray wand before touching your vehicle to clear out any trapped debris from previous users.

  • Gently scrub the entire vehicle, paying extra attention to high-grime zones like bumpers and lower side skirts.

Step 5: High-Pressure Rinse

  • Turn the panel to High Pressure Rinse.

  • Thoroughly rinse off all lather and suds, again working from the top of the vehicle downward.

Step 6: Triple Foam Conditioner

  • Select Triple Foam Conditioner.

  • Apply the colorful foam coat across the vehicle to help clean, enhance gloss, and apply a base layer of wax protection.

  • Rinse thoroughly again using the High Pressure Rinse setting.

Step 7: Clear Coat Protectant & Ceramic Shield

Add long-lasting shine and environmental protection:

  • Select Clear Coat Protectant or Ceramic Protection.

  • Spray evenly across all painted surfaces and glass to build a durable hydrophobic barrier that forces water to bead off instantly.

Step 8: Spot-Free Rinse

  • Switch to the Spot-Free Rinse setting.

  • Give the vehicle a final pass using pure, mineral-free water. This removes all leftover wax residue and allows your car to air-dry without leaving unsightly water spots or streaks.

Step 9: Interior Turbo Vac Finish

Once you pull out of the wash bay, park at our dedicated vacuum station:

  • Use our high-suction Turbo Vacs to clean your seats, carpets, and floor mats. They provide significantly stronger suction than standard household vacuums to pull out deeply embedded dirt.

And you’re done—a complete interior and exterior clean, done your way!
