Keeping commercial vehicles, trucks, and large equipment spotless has never been easier. Our Self Serve Truck Wash Bays give you total control to deliver a professional-grade clean, tailored to your vehicle’s specific needs.

Here is your complete guide to using the self-serve truck wash bay for maximum efficiency and a spot-free shine.

Step 1: Pay & Activate Underbody Wash

Before pulling into the bay:

  1. Press the selection button at the payment box (e.g., Bay 1 Underbody + Presoak).
  2. Tap your card or use payWave to complete the payment.
  3. Drive into the bay slowly. As you enter, the high-pressure underbody and side-wash system will automatically activate to clear mud and road debris from underneath your vehicle.

Step 2: Position Your Vehicle

  1. Watch the driver’s-side traffic light as you drive forward.
  2. When the light turns red, move forward slightly and stop completely.
  3. Set your brake and prepare to wash.

Need extra time? If your truck requires more attention, tap payWave at the selector box before your initial timer runs out to add an additional 20 minutes for $20.

Step 3: Engine, Tyre & Chassis Pre-Treatment

Select the Engine & Tyre Cleaner option on the selector panel:

  1. Apply the specialised degreasing formula to wheels, tyres, engine bays, and the chassis.
  2. Allow the formula to loosen heavy dirt, brake dust, and grease buildup before starting the main body wash.

Step 4: Pre-Soak & High-Pressure Soap Wash

  1. Pre-Soak: Select Pre-Soak to cover the bodywork. Work with the spray gun from the bottom of the vehicle upward to evenly break down road grime.
  2. High-Pressure Soap: Switch to Soap Wash to blast away loosened contamination. Continue spraying from bottom to top for maximum cleaning power.

Step 5: Foaming Brush (For Stubborn Dirt)

  1. Switch the panel to Foaming Brush.
  2. Use the brush on areas requiring extra scrubbing, such as the cab front, windshield, side boxes, and rear sections.

Step 6: High-Pressure Rinse

  1. Turn the control knob to Rinse.
  2. Thoroughly rinse off all soap and suds from top to bottom.

Step 7: Splatter Wax & ProShine Ceramic Protection

Give your paintwork a long-lasting, high-gloss defense:

  1. Splatter Wax: Apply for instant shine and a initial protective wax coat.
  2. ProShine Ceramic: Follow up with the ceramic protection setting. Combined with the wax, it creates an intense hydrophobic layer that causes water to bead effortlessly off windshields and painted surfaces.

Step 8: Spot-Free Rinse

  1. Select Spot-Free Rinse for the final pass.
  2. Using purified water, spray the entire vehicle to rinse off any remaining wax residue. This ensures your vehicle dries clear without water spots or streaks.
