Whether you’re in a ute, SUV, or sedan, here is your step-by-step guide to using our TouchFree 360° wash system for the ultimate results.
Step 1: Select & Pay at the Entry Kiosk
Drive up to the Pay Station before entering the wash bay.
- Touch the screen to select your preferred wash package (such as the Ultimate Wash).
- Follow the on-screen payment instructions. You can pay via credit/debit card, payWave, or through the mobile app.
Step 2: Drive In & Engage Underbody Blasters
Slowly drive into the automatic wash bay following the overhead and side guidance signs.
- Drive in slowly: Entering at a slow pace gives the automatic side and underbody blasters time to loosen and blast away heavy dirt, mud, and road grime from beneath your vehicle and along the lower sills before you fully stop.
Step 3: Position Your Vehicle & Stop
Watch the LED signal light on the side of the bay:
- Drive forward while the Green Arrow is displayed.
- Stop immediately when the signal changes to the Red Stop Signal.
- Apply your handbrake (or place your vehicle in Park) and keep your foot off the pedals.
Once positioned, sit back—the automated TouchFree 360° system takes care of the rest!
Step 4: The 360° Cleaning Process
Our advanced 360° robotic arm moves seamlessly around your vehicle to clean every angle:
- Pre-Soak Application: Formulated cleaning agents cover the car to break down tough road grime, bugs, and dirt.
- High-Pressure Water Rinse: High-pressure jets blast off loosened dirt from every side of the vehicle.
- Triple Foam & Wax: A vibrant triple foam layer is applied to deep clean, enhance shine, and protect your clear coat.
- Ceramic Protection: A targeted ceramic application adds a protective hydrophobic shield for extra durability and gloss.
- Spot-Free Rinse: Purified water rinses away all remaining soap to prevent unwanted watermarks and streaks.
Step 5: High-Powered Drying & Exit
Once the liquid stages are complete:
- Overhead high-powered air dryers pass over your vehicle to sweep away remaining water droplets.
- When the exit prompt and green arrow light up, release your handbrake and drive out.
In just a few minutes, you’re back on the road with a clean, shiny, and dry vehicle!

- Vehicle Limits: Ensure your vehicle meets the 2.1-metre height restriction displayed on the entry arch.
